When I choose “Disabling Garage Size” , the Advanced Search still shows the option of Garage Size. May you make the options disappear in the Advanced Search if people don’t want to enable them?

You can hide Garage Area field in the Advanced Search by going to Essential Real Estate –> Advanced Search –> Garage Area Field to disabled:
