If you are looking for the ways to change the structure of the single property page, you can override code: create folder ere-templates in your theme and copy the file want to change in “publish/templates” in ERE plugin then modify it.
If you want to show/hide some fucntion as Nearby places, Google Map Directions, Walk Score or change the header image or map, you can use Real Estate Option to config. You can also use custom css for change page structure.
