Ticket Management is ticket collection includes ID, Template name, Type of template, Created user, Action.
ID of tickets are sorted by creation time.

Supporters can edit or delete their own template. After a selection has been made, the SUBJECT and DESCRIPTION should automatically be updated with the pre-configured values. Supporters, leader support can use each other’s template.
First, go to “Add template” button in the top right of page.
